Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

LumaTolo currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (within the country): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs & Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive and transparent.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your address to check if we deliver to your location. Some remote areas or regions with restrictions may not be serviceable.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes. LumaTolo is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to LumaTolo. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items, please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
