1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the LumaTolo website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including but not limited to dresses, tops, and outerwear, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. User Conduct and Orders
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. LumaTolo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LumaTolo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of LumaTolo. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our express prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LumaTolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to LumaTolo in the last six (6) months, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items are final and not eligible for return unless defective.
6. Modifications to Terms and Service
LumaTolo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
